While Johnny Knoxville destroyed his truck was too hilarious for words.
I wonder if Johnny was actually getting on Kevin's nerves or if he was trying to keep from laughing?
It was funny to see Johnny pushing Kevin around when he and the Rock (Chris Vaughn) threw him onto the pole outside the building.
"Whew...somebody needs a bath!" and commenting on hid build, "You been working out?"
I'd have lost it right there. I'd have ruined that take from laughing so hard if I were Kevin.

I don't think so. Kevin doesn't seem like the type of person who would get mad at something like that. Knoxville basically improvised most of his lines and scenes. I believe bumping into Kevin was one of the because I watched it with the commentary and the director was saying how funny it is to watch Kevin keep his character and not laugh and respond to Johnny.
As for Knoxville searching Kevin I believe those lines were improvised and during the commentary the Rock said, Johnny took extra time in the crotch area, but that's just Johnny. Pure Knoxville talent.
That bark that Kevin did was improvised as said by the director and the Rock in the commentary so that laugh that Knoxville did was totally out of character. You can even see Kevin laugh at the last few seconds.
Um, what else. Oh, the scene when Knoxville is annoying Kevin in the cell was pretty darn funny. The director basically just handed Knoxville the megaphone and all his lines were improvised. Seeing Kevin's expression was hilarious.

I can imagine that when dealing with a true character like Johnny Knoxville, it's better to just let them do what they will. The results would be much better than anything anyone could script. The Rock's comments about Johnny taking extra time in Kevin's crotch is funny. The Rock is actually quite funny himself. I own Walking Tall on dvd but have never watched the commentary. Usually dvd commentary is really boring and pretentious, but this sounds funny. I'll have to watch it now.

I watched Walking Tall again with the Rock doing the commentary and he's really funny. It must have been his first commentary because he had no idea what he was talking about half the time and all I could do was plant my face in my hands and laugh up a storm.
